offers classes in Wellness through:
Pilates: The Pilates Method of Body
Conditioning was developed over ninety years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates is one of the fastest growing fitness
activities in America. Designed to increase flexibility, and improve posture, balance & coordination; Pilates focuses
on strengthening the body's core or midsection.
Pilates
Mat: This class focuses on precise movement to promote a strong core. Pilates enhances alignment, flexibility, symmetry
and coordination, focusing on the basic principles at work in Joseph Pilates' system - breathing, concentration, centering,
precision, posture and basic body awareness are emphasized.
Pilates Tower: A semi-private class
held in the Pilates Area. All exercises are performed on a special apparatus called the Tower. This class is a great introduction
to the Pilates equipment. The tower workout requires a greater level of control, strength and flexibility.
Pilates Reformer: A semi-private
class held in the Pilates Area. All exercises are performed on a special apparatus called the Reformer. This class is a great
introduction to the Pilates equipment. This class will improve overall muscle tone, strength and flexibility
Muscle Release Techniques (Stress Management):
The application of a slow, prolonged stress using the DL FIT Ball, creates both stretch and relaxation. As the body relaxes, the body is re-aligned and the muscles loosen up
Massage including Color Harmonics Therapy: The goal for the massage session is deep relaxation. Clients
with limited mobility will notice improved mobility and improved functioning in everyday activities. Specialized Jade
Thermal Massage Table is used for keeping your body in shape. We use Color Harmonics Therapy in the massage area
to soothe your mind and calm your soul. Color Harmonics balance and enhance the body's energy centers, regulating hormonal
metabolic processes and moods.

Individual programs best suited for the client’s
body and lifestyle are created after an initial individual assessment. To this end, highly qualified instructors will
guide clients through specialized workouts to use the body more efficiently and to achieve results. Along with classes, specialized
Wellness Packages are available.
Healthy Package: Wellness Training focussed
towards building a healthier, better-performing individual. This is aimed for clients who have moved towards wellness because
of recent health concerns. The package includes work on Mat I, Massage Therapy (Group & Private classes).
Fitness Package: Impact-driven Wellness Training. This
is aimed for clients who have worked with wellness as a goal for many years, motivated by their lifestyle choices. This includes
work on Working on the Tower and Reformer, Massage Therapy (Group & Private classes).
Performance Package: This is aimed for professionals whose career has put physical
demands on their bodies. This is an intensive package to help improve players' techniques and heal any physical damage
done by demands of their profession. Athletes and Dancers are usually clients under this package. These techniques focus
on Stress management and a unique customization of the training regime not only for their physical needs but for their profession.These
are based on Daniel Loigerot’s personal educational background in physiology and being a former French Triathlete and
Strength coach. Two of the prominent clients to have used this package is Betsy Steiner, a World Champion Dressage Team Equestrian
and Louise Field for improving her horseback riding technique. As a part of this package, special Golf packages are available
too.

A customized program based on your physical needs and the demands of your sport. Training tailored to the Individual's
lifestyle needs.
10-week
Workshops organized: "After 10 sessions, you feel a difference, after 20 sessions, you
see a difference and after 30 sessions you look better." Based on Joseph Pilates' 30-session rule,
our 10-week packages is spread across 30 sessions, 3 sessions each week.
